| COMPANY PROFILE |
| The Azienda Del Pasqua is steeped in the ancient techniques of grain, oil, and wine production, the values of which have been passed down to sons and daughters for decades, ensuring the same passion, dedication, and loyalty to the traditions of the past, as their ancestors had. Today, the Del Pasqua family also recognizes the need to invest in new technology to maintain the quality of its products. Out of a deep respect for traditional cultivation, the family planted a new olive grove that upholds this heritage while also using modern and innovative techniques and relying on professional agronomists to evaluate the maturity of the olives. It is this harmony of new and old that preserves the classic aroma and authenticity of their olive oil, while also allowing for the exploration of new possibilities and products. The Del Pasqua olive grove extends for 4 acres and produces those varieties, typical and local to the region, such as leccino, frantoiane, and moraiolo. For several years, the Azienda Del Pasqua has also exported their “Il Magnifico” Extra Virgin Olive Oil, along with a few other select products to the United States, an endeavor which has resulted in a great and ever-increasing success in that market. Each element of Del Pasqua’s supply chain fully respects the environment. Additionally, the family has adopted both an innovative approach to the future and to new technologies, along with that traditional one that values Tuscan flavors and represents a rich Italian history. The whole supply chain is strictly Made in Tuscany, from the cultivation of the olives to the fall harvest and the processing to the final product packaging. |
